SHIPPING (DOMESTIC):

  • Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) for order processing.
  • Orders are shipped through USPS and will arrive in 3-6 business days. 
  • A-Lysst Lashes is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
  • Orders are shipped to address provided at checkout. Please make sure this address is correct and complete. Any package returned to A-Lysst Lashes due to an incorrect or incomplete address is subject to an additional shipping fee to be resent to the correct location.

SHIPPING (INTERNATIONAL):

  • Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) for order processing.
  • Orders are shipped through USPS/your country's postal service and will arrive in 1-4 weeks.
  • A-Lysst Lashes' shipping charge only covers the cost to ship the product. Any additional fees that may be charged by the destination country (such as customs fees) is the responsibility of the customer.
  • A-Lysst Lashes is not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen, or confiscated packages.
  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure this address is correct and complete. Any package returned to A-Lysst Lashes due to an incorrect or incomplete address is subject to an additional shipping fee to be resent to the correct location.

PICKUP ORDERS (DALLAS-FORT WORTH AREA):

  • Must reside in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area. If "Customer Pickup" is selected at checkout and you do not live in the DFW area, your order is subject to cancellation.
  • Pickup location is the Cedar Hill Post Office unless otherwise agreed upon between the customer and owner of A-Lysst Lashes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

  • For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

REFUNDS:

  • **NO REFUNDS** All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once purchase is complete.
